Diagnose Email Error
In order to diagnose email issues, we require the header (detail) information from the returned email you received. Use the field below to paste the header information from the returned email that you (or your recipient) is receiving. Instructions for getting header information from a returned email is as follows:
ABS Webmail: Right-click on email message and choose "View Source", copy and paste all text to the form below
Outlook: Right-click on email message, click "Options", copy and paste all text within the "Internet Headers" to the form below
Yahoo: Right-click on email message, click "View Full Headers", copy and paste all text within the "Full Message Headers" to the form below
Gmail: Open the returned email message, click the drop down arrow to the right next to reply and select "Show Original", copy and paste all text to the form below
