Sales Representative:
Should be friendly and energetic with a good overall grasp of the IT services vocabulary. IT Services experience a plus. Sales rep will be responsible for presenting and selling services to potential clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.

Graphic Designer:
Candidate should have working experience with most major image editing applications. Strong sense of layout design and color theory a plus.

Web content management, development and support for Internet/Intranet sites.

Candidate should have working experience with JavaScript, JQuery, VBScript, PHP, ASP.NET, SQL, MySQL, Apache, IIS and HTML. Overall design skills taken into consideration.

IT Support:
An IT Support technician must do the following:

• Maintain detailed knowledge of current technologies in the marketplace, including hardware and software, such as operating systems, security features, peripherals, applications and local area networking technologies.
   
• Install, configure and test hardware and software desktop/laptop and server products.
   
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop/laptop and server systems.
   
• Monitor the operation of the desktop/laptop and server environment, including audit trail review, backup dumps, and security advisories. .
